The Internet has made gambling more accessible than ever, which makes recovering addicts more susceptible to relapse. Online bookmakers and casinos are available twenty-four hours a day. Prevention
Interventions to prevent gambling can be a useful approach to reducing the risk of addiction. The effectiveness of such initiatives depends on their implementation, however. And they noted that a significant number of people don’t have to be a millionaire to gamble.
Legalized gambling is growing as a source of economic stimulus for many states. Many people enjoy gambling as a way to pass the time, but it also generates a significant amount of tax revenue for government.
