Intermittent fasting is an eating plan that has shown to dramatically reduce your waistline in a matter of mere weeks.

Let me take this concept one step further. If you’re trying to lose weight, you’re probably using a diet pill or even taking weight loss supplements to help you burn calories. If the only reason you are taking diet pills is because you’re tired of feeling hungry all the time, then you have come to the wrong place. You must find a new reason to want to eat!

What is your new reason to eat less? Is it because you have a new wardrobe, or because you’re sick of feeling tired all the time? Maybe you’re trying to lose weight because you have too much emotional stress in your life.
